LHH is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their client's dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced environment, contributing to impactful commercial litigation work focused on Labor & Employment.
What You'll Do
- Draft and format legal documents, including pleadings and briefs, with a strong command of legal terminology and civil procedure.
- Manage case files and assist with discovery, document review, and production processes.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule depositions and court appearances, and track critical deadlines.
- File legal documents through traditional and electronic systems, ensuring compliance with court requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and case information.
- Support litigation teams with administrative tasks, expense tracking, and internal communications.
Who You Are
- Experienced legal support professional with 3-5 years in litigation; familiarity with NLRB filings is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and ideally SurePoint and Concur.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Skilled communicator with excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.
