Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail oriented accounting professional to own the day to day accounting operations for our restaurants, distillery, and growing co-packing business. This role is perfect for someone with 2–4 years of experience who's ready to take the next step in their career and grow alongside a fast paced company.
You'll be responsible for keeping the accounting engine running.
What You'll Own
- Accounts payable through Bill.com
- Accounts receivable and customer invoicing
- Payroll processing
- Company credit cards and expense management (Ramp)
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Physical inventory and inventory reconciliations
- Support budgeting, cash flow, and special projects
- Continuously improve processes and help us become more efficient
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Willing to learn, ask questions, and improve every day
- Restaurant, inventory, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Knows how to work a juke box.
