Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:
- Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
- Answer phone calls, text messages and club emails.
- Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager.
- Perform follow-up functions (calls, emails, texts) to members and prospects; no cold calls.
- Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
- Stock merchandise when needed.
- Assist with the club social media to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
- Collect and enter payments from members.
- Count the till and account for money coming into the club.
- Other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is a customer facing indoor gym setting with a low to moderate noise level.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
