Job DescriptionMake Ready Technician – Howell, NJ
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Contract | Immediate Start
Join BGSF, a national staffing firm, and help prepare apartment homes for new residents! As a Make Ready Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring units are clean, functional, and move-in ready.
Responsibilities:
- Complete unit turns including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance fixes
- Inspect units for quality and safety standards
- Communicate progress with property management team
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in make ready or maintenance preferred
- Must have own tools
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
