Job Description We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter with a strong background in high-volume industrial and skilled trades recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing skilled professionals in manufacturing, construction, and technical environments while supporting large client accounts and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Location: spartanburg Pay : $29.00 Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement and onboarding.
- Recruit for high-demand skilled trades and technical positions including:
- Millwrights
- Maintenance Technicians
- Industrial Electricians
- Welders
- Engineers
- CNC Machinists
- Industrial Mechanics
- Construction and Manufacturing Professionals
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community outreach.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, certifications, experience, and safety requirements.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified skilled-trade and industrial candidates.
- Partner with clients to understand workforce planning needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
- Assist with employee relations, workers' compensation issues, attendance management, and investigations as needed.
- Develop recruiting strategies to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of staffing or recruiting experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for skilled trades and technical positions such as millwrights, maintenance technicians, electricians, welders, engineers, and other manufacturing professionals.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, construction, automotive, industrial, or technical client accounts.
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting activity and multiple openings simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Staffing agency experience.
- Experience supporting large manufacturing facilities, automotive suppliers, or construction companies.
- Experience managing contract employees and client relationships.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and retention strategies.
