Join Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) as the General Manager of our Rio Puerco campus and Route 66 Casino Hotel, where you’ll lead all facets of gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, and marketing operations. Reporting directly to the COO, this executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and long‑term strategic growth. The GM serves as a key enterprise leader—evaluating operational health, shaping business priorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and championing a culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences and fosters cross‑departmental collaboration.
The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino operations, advanced financial and analytical expertise, and a proven ability to inspire high‑performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in executive communication, operational planning, and navigating a dynamic, service‑driven environment. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), demonstrate strong decision‑making capability, and maintain the flexibility required for a 24/7 hospitality and gaming enterprise.
