In this role, you will oversee and elevate our entire nursing program, ensuring high care standards are actually met or exceeded and the residents’ and families’ needs are well-balanced with staff needs. We’re seeking a leader with both expertise and a servant heart. We need someone who brings strong clinical knowledge, the ability to inspire teams, and contributes thoughtful ideas while honoring what already makes our program special.
