Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation and construction law. The successful candidate will represent clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases related to construction and other areas of law.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Conduct research and analysis of legal issues to provide sound legal advice.
  • Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting construction and civil litigation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on construction law preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in both defense and plaintiff representation is a plus.
