$150,400 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify and present luxury properties that align with clients' lifestyle and privacy requirements, facilitating seamless and satisfying transactions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments within the sports and entertainment sectors to provide clients with timely and relevant insights.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that effectively showcase luxury listings to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate high-value transactions with confidence and integrity, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Leverage your network to expand the client base, actively seeking opportunities to connect with athletes, entertainers, and industry influencers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in luxury real estate sales and client management.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and industry influencers.
  • Proven track record of negotiating high-value transactions with integrity and discretion.
