Competitive compensation with performance incentives. Most advisors earn $60,000 – $85,000 annually depending on experience and productivity.

Preferred Ford in Grand Haven is looking for a motivated advisor who can lead by example, support the service team, and deliver an exceptional service experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
• Write repair orders and communicate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Help support and mentor other advisors when needed
• Ensure every customer has a smooth and professional experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a busy service drive
• Professional, positive attitude
• Ford experience is helpful but not required
