Sales Floor Manager – Ed Voyles Kia
Ed Voyles Kia is looking for a dynamic, motivated Sales Floor Manager to support the continued growth and success of our dealership. This leadership role is central to creating a smooth, customer-focused showroom experience while driving sales performance and supporting both our Sales and Finance teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dealership experience for every customer and team member.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily guidance and support to the sales team to ensure professional customer engagement and adherence to the Ed Voyles sales process.

Work closely with Sales and Finance Managers to ensure deals are structured and completed accurately and efficiently.

Monitor showroom activity, customer flow, and sales performance to maintain a productive and positive sales floor environment.

Coordinate floor coverage and manage scheduling to ensure strong team presence during all business hours.

Serve as a key liaison between sales consultants and management—helping resolve customer concerns, supporting deal negotiations, and assisting with closing transactions.

Actively coach and mentor sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to support professional development and performance goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom that reflects the Ed Voyles Kia brand and values.
Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales or dealership management experience strongly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proven ability to motivate and manage a sales team toward individual and store-wide performance goals.
