What You’ll Do as a Retail Store Supervisor
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while delivering the exceptional service Kilwins is known for. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading and supporting team members to provide a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
- Assisting with day-to-day store operations, including maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Overseeing the preparation of our handcrafted treats and ensuring adherence to Kilwins’ high standards.
- Helping to train and motivate team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Acting as a role model for exceptional customer service, reliability, and teamwork.
