What You’ll Do

  1. Rapid follow-up and consistent engagement with Flex connections.
  2. Conduct buyer seller consultations with confidence.
  3. Host open houses and represent our listings with high-end marketing.
  4. Manage transactions smoothly with the support of our in-house systems.
  5. Build repeat and referral business through client relationships and market expertise.

Compensation Schedule

  1. Full-time | Commission-based with performance bonuses
  2. Pay range: $98,226 – $196,492+ annually (based on production)
  3. Flexible schedule with weekend availability required.
