We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to perform project management activities as assigned by and in support of the Project Manager / Project Executive.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in budget and schedule management
• Participate in activities of design team including owner, architect, engineers
• Keep in touch with day-to-day project tracking and communication with the client and project team
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team
• Train to track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project
• Train to prepare contracts, purchase orders and change orders
• Support the preparation of Weekly Reports to owner
• Participate in the negotiation of subcontractor contracts associated with the project
• Prepare Close-Out packages for projects
• Participate in reviewing invoices and change orders associated with the project
• Travel to and from job sites

​Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field, and 1-2 experience
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project is a plus
• Knowledge of Procore is helpful
