Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will be directly working with a male client, following a one-on-one care plan. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets the client's needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. This is a part-time role requiring a time schedule of 12p-4p Mon-Fri Responsibilities&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Building a rapport with the individual&nbsp;</li>
<li>Engage with individual in walking exercises and other activities of his choice</li>
<li>Integrate client into the community</li>
<li>picking individual up from day program transporting him to college&nbsp;</li>
<li>Transporting individual from college to home</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Driver’s license required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Having a vehicle</li>
<li>First Aid &amp; CPR certification required</li>
