We’re hiring cheerful, motivated, and reliable team members to join our Candy Crew across several Life is Sweet locations in the Charlotte metro area!
If you love people, candy, and making every customer’s day a little brighter—we want you on our team.
Now hiring for locations in:
- Camp North End
- Charlotte Simon Premium Outlets
Store Hours: 12 PM – 8/9 PM Closed Mondays
Base Pay + Tips: ($15-$20 per hour)

Your Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel welcome
- Help customers find their favorite treats (and discover new ones!)
- Keep the store sparkling clean and organized
- Run the register, handle payments, and follow cash procedures
- Restock inventory and prep for busy times
- Problem-solve with grace if issues come up
- Show up on time and ready to go
