Kia of Duluth is a locally owned dealership in Duluth, MN, focused on delivering quality service and a great customer experience. We are looking for B‐Level Automotive Technicians to join our service team.
This position offers incentive‐based pay, with earning potential of up to $60/hour, based on experience and certifications.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnostics, engine repair, brake systems, and suspension work. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem‐solving, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, and brakes
- Perform preventative maintenance services
- Inspect mechanical and electrical components to accurately identify issues
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to test vehicle systems
- Test completed repairs to ensure proper operation
- Provide accurate estimates for repair time and cost
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed
Qualifications
- Minimum B‐Level technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
