Your Role as a Cleaning Technician
As a Cleaning Technician, you are the essential front-line representative of our brand. Your meticulous work directly impacts client satisfaction and builds the reputation of Mop & Wrench. Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in residential and commercial properties.

Follow our meticulous 200-point checklist with precision and attention to detail for every job.

Safely operate professional cleaning equipment and vehicles, ensuring all supplies are well-maintained.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion in clients' homes and businesses.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior professional cleaning experience is required.

Must be able to provide at least two professional references.

Ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.

Reliable transportation to travel to job sites across the South Seattle area.

Successfully pass a federal/state background check and drug screening (within reason).

Open availability; initial hours may be part-time with the goal of scaling to 30+ hours per week based on performance and business growth.
