What You'll Do
As part of our tree care team, you’ll work alongside experienced arborists and climbers to learn the skills of professional tree care.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting crews with tree trimming, pruning, and removals
- Learning proper rigging, climbing, and arborist techniques
- Operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and rigging gear
- Supporting climbers and foremen to ensure safe and efficient job sites
- Helping maintain clean, professional work sites
- Learning industry best practices and ISA arboriculture standards
This role is the first step in becoming a professional arborist with opportunities to grow into climbing, crew leadership, and advanced tree care roles.
