Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Applications Specialist with deep expertise in HCM and Finance modules to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities:• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and open communication across business units and technical teams.• Serve as the internal system lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, overseeing activities across project workstreams including Financials, HCM, and EPM modules• Partner with Program Director, implementation partners, internal stakeholders, and executive sponsors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and success criteria.• Support and recommend change management strategies to drive adoption, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.• Coordinate system environments, security, testing, data conversion, and go-live readiness.• Help translate business needs into system requirements and ensure user experience remains a top priority throughout the project.• Support post-go-live stabilization, continuous improvement, and the buildout of long-term governance processes. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion implementations (or equivalent ERP transformation experience).• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and modules (Financials, HCM, SCM, etc.).• Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and manage vendor and internal delivery teams.• Demonstrated strength in organizational change management and user adoption strategy.• High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and guide teams through ambiguity.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Preferred Experience:• Oracle Cloud certifications in applicable modules.• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci).• Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing methodologies in cloud ERP programs.• Experience in a regulated or government environment is a plus.• Experience with Oracle Peoplesoft is a plus.
