Caretaker Job Details:
<ul>
<li>Hours: Full-time, Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm</li>
<li>Pay: $20 / hour</li>
<li>Location: 801 Carlson Pkwy, Minnetonka, MN 55305</li>

Caretaker Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Tour entire property (daily) to assess cleaning needs</li>
<li>Clean common areas (i.e., party room, fitness center, laundry room, hallways, elevator areas), offices and other assigned areas</li>
<li>Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in</li>
<li>Vacuum, spot clean and shampoo common area rugs and carpets; sweep, scrub, and mop floors</li>
<li>Clean and restock restrooms</li>
<li>Empty waste receptacles and clean trash room</li>
<li>Wash windows, walls and doors</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs</li>
<li>Clean and adjust shades and blinds</li>
<li>Assist with grounds work, e.g., sweep sidewalks, water plants, remove snow, distribute salt/ice melt, etc.</li>
<li>Pick up paper and debris from main entrances and around property</li>
<li>Clean garage area</li>
</ul>
Caretaker Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of one year experience as a caretaker/cleaner</li>
</ul>
 Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30pm 40 hours per week
