About Us

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows domain environments, including user management, group policies, and domain resources.
- Perform workstation setup, configuration, patching, and maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for task automation and improved operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement permanent fixes.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and environment changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support projects, operational needs, and infrastructure improvements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, inventories, and process records.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, security standards, and best practices.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows domain administration
- Experience with workstation maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Linux administration experience
- SIP experience (configuration or troubleshooting)
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Interest in developing skills in:
- Programming
- Networking
- Security
- Compliance
Location
- Preferred: Lubbock, TX or Guaynabo, PR
- Fully remote considered for candidates with strong experience and self-management skills
Compensation
- Compensation will be based on experience and role level (Systems Administrator vs. DevOps Engineer).
- Final range will consider geographic location (PR, TX, or remote U.S. market).
