Job Description

We are seeking to hire an Assistant to Project Manager – Construction!

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to Project Manager (APM) to support
our Project Manager in all phases of administrative duties. The APM will play a key role in
coordinating project schedules, documentation, budgeting, and communication between
stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work completion.
Track project budgets, expenses, and progress reports.
Support field operations and conduct periodic site visits.
Maintain communication between office and field staff.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in administrative support.
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
