Irene & Ricky Zhang Real Estate Group is currently looking for full-time, experienced real estate agents to join our growing team.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $212,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging open houses to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties.
- Cultivate relationships with clients by providing personalized guidance and support throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall team performance.
- Utilize market knowledge to advise clients on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and contracts effectively to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions and regulations.
- Leverage team resources to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions consistently.
Qualifications:
- Active California real estate license.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to lead engaging open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers with confidence and expertise.
- Proven track record of providing personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying process.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to share insights and strategies to enhance team performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market, including property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Effective negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes for clients during offers and contracts.
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market conditions and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
