Responsibilities

Agents are expected to:

  1. Prospect for buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners
  2. Follow up consistently with leads, past clients, and sphere contacts
  3. Set appointments with buyers and sellers
  4. Conduct buyer and seller consultations
  5. Show homes, write offers, and prepare listing presentations
  6. Negotiate contracts and help clients from contract to close
  7. Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and agents
  8. Use CRM tools and attend trainings, meetings, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

We are looking for agents who are:

  1. Licensed or actively working toward getting licensed
  2. Motivated to build a six-figure real estate business
  3. Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
  4. Comfortable making calls, sending messages, and having real conversations
  5. Professional, ethical, and client-focused
  6. Organized and willing to use a CRM
  7. Self-driven, accountable, and growth-minded
  8. Committed to building a long-term business
