Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Nampa, Meridian

In this meaningful role, youll provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Every day, youll help empower residents to reach their personal goals, build independence, and live their best lives with dignity and joy.

What Youll Do
- Support residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Offer encouragement, emotional support, and genuine companionship
- Accompany residents on community outings and fun recreational activities
- Help build skills in communication, social interaction, and self-care
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing home environment
- Document resident progress and communicate needs or concerns with care and professionalism
- Work alongside healthcare providers, families, and team members to develop and follow individualized care plans
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but were happy to train the right person!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable spirit
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training provided)
- Valid drivers license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation

Overnights: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Wednesday, Saturday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 6:00 am-2:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
