What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced maintenance technicians who have their own tools
- Ability to perform vacant unit turns
- Experience with appliance repair, including dishwashers
- Skills in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation + ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
- CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
- Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
