Position Overview

\n

Our client is seeking Land Development Engineers with 4–10+ years of civil engineering experience to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects across both the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Design and manage land development and site engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • \n

  • Prepare site plans, grading plans, stormwater management designs, utility layouts, and infrastructure plans.
  • \n

  • Perform civil engineering design and calculations for residential, commercial, government, and infrastructure projects.
  • \n

  • Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for design and plan production.
  • \n

  • Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Surveyors, and other project professionals.
  • \n

  • Work with public-sector, private-sector, and federal clients.
  • \n

  • Assist with permitting, agency coordination, and technical documentation.
  • \n

  • Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • \n

  • 4–10+ years of civil engineering/land development experience.
  • \n

  • Strong experience with site planning, stormwater management, grading, utilities, and infrastructure design.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
  • \n

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • \n

  • EIT or PE license is a plus.
  • \n
