About the Role

Level Up USA is seeking motivated, competitive, and career-driven individuals to join our growing team as Account Executives.

This is a high-volume environment where Account Executives are responsible for building relationships, generating new business, acquiring customers, and driving revenue. The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable, confident, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do

- Generate new business and identify potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through acquisition
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Represent Level Up USA and our clients in a professional manner
- Participate in daily sales training, coaching, and team development
- Track sales activity and performance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall revenue objectives
- Continuously develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
