Job Description
Join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the safety and security of industrial plants, commercial establishments, docks, logging camp areas, or work sites. With three different shifts available, you will be part of a schedule that meets the business needs.
Responsibilities
- Periodically patrol buildings and grounds to maintain safety and security.
- Engage in foot patrols, mobile patrols, and emergency response including CPR.
- Work in guardhouse desk postings and perform inspections.
- Operate under general supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.
- Utilize a certain degree of creativity and latitude to accomplish tasks.
Essential Skills
- Active Hawaii Guard Card is mandatory.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with standard security concepts, practices, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inspection and labor-related tasks.

Work Environment
The role requires flexibility with shifts, including 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11:30pm-8am, scheduled based on business needs. Employees will not carry weapons and must be prepared for emergency responses and desk duties. The work environment encourages professionalism and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Kihei, Hawaii.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
