Job DescriptionAbout Us & Position OverviewClean Team provides professional commercial cleaning services in Fort Wayne. We are seeking a reliable Senior Cleaning Technician to work across various facilities (medical, industrial, office, etc.). This leadership role involves training new hires, conducting quality audits, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all shifts are covered. A high level of professionalism and attention to detail is required.Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Responsibilities: Train staff, conduct audits, manage client relations, cover shifts, perform cleaning duties, assist with special projects, and travel between sites as required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experiencein the professional cleaning industry and experience in diverse environments.
- Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hrs/week), Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.. Some weekends required.
- Essentials: Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
