What Youll Do

• Perform start-up, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on UPS and power equipment
• Troubleshoot AC/DC power systems and 3-phase systems
• Travel to support customer deployments and service calls
• Work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Provide technical support and system education to clients
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain equipment tracking
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power and 3-phase systems
• Experience in electrical, UPS systems, or power distribution
• Willingness to travel regularly (rotation schedule available)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• 2+ years in a technical or electrical field preferred
