Assistant Property Manager Needed!
The Position
Seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to work with the team to keep one of out our beautiful communities running smoothly. Candidate must have at least two years property management experience with market-rate properties, be very tech savvy, organized and detail oriented. Bilingual Spanish a plus!
Some responsibilities include:
- Administrative duties
- Maintaining high occupancy
- Resident relations
- Rent collections
- Lease Management
- Working with a team of maintenance and office personnel
- Upkeep and maintenance of the property
- Coordinating service requests and working closely with maintenance
