  • Sales Performance: Deliver high‑volume retail results while optimizing sales efficiency and gross per unit.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain and improve CSI scores through process, training, and culture.
  • Fixed Operations Management: Maximize service lane throughput, parts sales, and retention; implement KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
  • F&I Oversight: Ensure compliance and profitability in F coach managers to increase penetration and product mix while protecting CSI.
  • People Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent; build a performance‑driven leadership team.
  • OEM Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Toyota, Kia, Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo representatives; ensure brand standards and facility compliance.
  • Inventory and Pricing: Manage new and used vehicle inventory, allocation, and pricing strategies to meet market demand.
  • Compliance and Controls: Enforce regulatory, legal, and OEM compliance across all departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Dealership Operations Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in progressive dealership leadership roles; prior General Manager experience strongly preferred.
  • High Volume Track Record: Demonstrated success managing high‑volume stores with consistent results.
  • CSI and Sales Efficiency: Proven ability to sustain or improve CSI while driving sales productivity.
  • F&I Experience: Hands‑on experience in F&I management with measurable results in penetration and profitability.
  • Fixed Operations Knowledge: Deep understanding of service operations, parts management, and service retention strategies.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Track record of building high‑performing teams and developing managers.
  • OEM Experience: Experience working with multiple OEMs; familiarity with Toyota, Kia, Volkswagen, Audi, or Volvo is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Competitive base salary plus performance bonus and demonstrator.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan.
