Job Description

Energy Program Data Analyst (EV Programs)

Schedule: Onsite/ Hybrid

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Pay Range: $34- $40/hr


Job Summary

This role involves reviewing applications for eligibility, managing program documentation, analyzing charging data, and preparing incentive payment calculations. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for program participants and coordinate discovery meetings
  • Review applications for completeness and verify required documentation meets program requirements
  • Confirm eligibility for program offerings and perform programmatic checks per application
  • Upload and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce
  • Update and progress applications through the system as needed
  • Analyze charging data provided by participants to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Validate data elements such as session IDs, start/stop times, energy demand (kWh), peak demand (kW), time zone, and charger uptime
  • Perform incentive calculation checks and payment process verification according to program guidelines
  • Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Assist with program development activities and support operational needs throughout the contract period

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or PowerBI preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint preferred

Education

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Experience

  • Prior experience in data analysis, program coordination, or related roles preferred
