City Food Equipment started in Chicago in 1985 as a family owned and operated business refurbishing restaurant equipment. The tradition continues with the 2nd generation of family members overseeing the operations and growing the business to multiple store locations, an online eCommerce store, and into one of the nation’s largest dealers of refurbished used equipment specializing in meat processing, deli, and bakery equipment.
At City Food Equipment, we serve the diverse needs of the food industry by providing new and refurbished equipment, parts, and supplies to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, and other food service establishments. Specializing in used meat processing and bakery equipment, we offer thousands of name-brand products and hard-to-find parts. Our dedicated service team repairs and maintains all major brands of commercial kitchen equipment, both locally in the Chicagoland area and nationally, ensuring reliable operation for food service professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead our dedicated service team that repairs and maintains all major brands of commercial kitchen equipment
- Manage technicians, handle customer calls, schedule appointments, create estimates, and oversee billing operations in our warehouse-service department location
Requirements:
- 1-3 years mechanical equipment experience
- Supervisory experience
- Invoice entry experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
