Operations Performance Manager
Remote | 30?40 hours/week &nbsp;$28/hr
ABCO is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Own employee reviews.</li>
<li>Build and manage schedules.</li>
<li>Review reports and identify performance gaps.</li>
<li>Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.</li>
<li>Drive corrective action when targets are missed.</li>
<li>Ensure work is progressing on time.</li>
<li>Improve structure, consistency and accountability.</li>
<li>Manage through Team Leaders ? not by working individual accounts.</li>
</ul>

Ideal Candidate
<ul>
<li>Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.</li>
<li>Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.</li>
<li>Organized, decisive and accountable.</li>
<li>Able to quickly learn a complex operation.</li>
<li>Willing to address performance issues directly.</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9?5 schedule.</li>
</ul>
