Job Description:

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will take on mission-critical development work that ensures seamless configuration, robust functionality, and continual improvement of the client’s ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and supporting a ServiceNow system that enables the client to execute key business processes effectively. This position requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, hands-on experience across multiple modules, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.

  • Design, develop, and configure advanced ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements clarification, design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Optimize and enhance the ServiceNow instance to improve system performance, usability, and alignment with operational needs.
  • Leverage expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as:
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • Software Asset Management / IT Asset Management (SAM / ITAM)
    • Vulnerability Response (VR)
    • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
    • Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Implement configuration management, platform governance, and best practices to maintain a scalable and secure instance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide long-term, maintainable resolutions.
  • Contribute to innovation efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • This is a hybrid position.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three+ years of experience
  • Expert proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and advanced workflows
  • Hands-on experience configuring and integrating key ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITSM, SAM/ITAM, VR, IRM, SIR)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
