Job Summary
Konrad Beverage Company is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support sales growth by servicing retail accounts and maintaining product displays. This role focuses on merchandising products, installing point-of-sale materials, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are properly displayed to maximize visibility and sales.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair point-of-sale (P.O.S.) displays and materials
- Service assigned retail accounts according to scheduled routes
- Rotate products according to company freshness policies for brands such as Anheuser-Busch
- Ensure products, price cards, and promotional signage are properly displayed
- Identify opportunities for additional displays and product placement
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of P.O.S. storage areas
- Record arrival and departure times on merchandising reports
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to maximize merchandising opportunities
- Safely operate a company or personal vehicle while servicing accounts
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail accounts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 165 lbs
- Ability to install and maintain merchandising displays
