Property Maintenance Technician 
Are you handy, reliable, and ready to take pride in keeping properties in top shape? Our client is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD!
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>General property upkeep and grounds keeping</li>
<li>Mowing, landscaping, and exterior maintenance</li>
<li>Light electrical and plumbing repairs</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to maintenance needs</li>
<li>Any other duties are tasks that may be asked of you</li>
</ul>
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: $20/hour
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Solid customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems</li>
<li>Reliable and ready to work—this is a temp-to-hire opportunity!</li>
