Role Description:

ZT Auto Luxury Charlotte, LLC. (McLaren Charlotte and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charlotte) is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is responsible for presenting and selling finance and insurance products to customers, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and dealership policies. Day-to-day tasks include structuring and securing financing, explaining warranty and protection options, preparing and reviewing all contracts and documentation, and coordinating with sales and accounting teams to ensure a smooth delivery process. The F&I Manager will also monitor lender programs, maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, and work to maximize profitability while maintaining a customer-focused, ethical approach. This position requires consistent follow-up, accurate reporting, and a commitment to providing a transparent, positive purchasing experience.

Qualifications

    \n
  • Strong automotive finance and insurance skills, including experience structuring deals, presenting F&I products, and working with multiple lenders.
  • \n

  • Proficiency in contract preparation, documentation review, and compliance with state, federal, and dealership regulations.
  • \n

  • Digital Retailing and remote delivery experience is a plus.
  • \n

  • Solid customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, accessible manner.
  • \n

  • Sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • \n

  • Comfort with dealership management systems (CDK), finance software (Darwin), and basic office applications (e.g., CRM tools - Drive Centric, MS Office).
  • \n

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deals and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n

  • 4 -5 years of prior F&I or automotive retail experience strongly preferred; experience in a dealership or related financial role is beneficial.
  • \n

  • College degree preferred; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • \n

  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • \n

This position offers competitive compensation based on department and product sales performance.
