- Day Shift
- Night Shift
Peak Season Attendance Incentive (October 11, 2026 through January 2, 2027) Eligible employees may qualify for an additional $3.00 per eligible hour worked by:
- Working all scheduled shifts
- Working all assigned mandatory overtime
- Reporting to work on time
- Completing scheduled shifts unless approved to leave early
- Remaining actively employed throughout the qualification week
Sign-On Bonus Opportunity Qualified newly hired equipment operators may be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus:
- $250 after completing the first full week of scheduled work with no absences
- $250 after reaching 45 calendar days of employment and working at least 90% of scheduled hours during that period
