Your Role:
As a Burn Boot Camp Burn Ambassador, you will be responsible for bringing the enthusiastic vibes from the moment a member or trial walks into the gym until they leave for the day. You will be greeting members, introducing any trials to Burn Boot Camp using our sales process, processing all transactions through our point of sale system (membership, retail, nutrition) and reaching out to leads to get them booked for their first camp. This role is critical in not only the day to day experience in the gym, but also to the overall membership growth.

- Focused on delivering great member service every day during every camp
- Strong user of MS Office products, especially Excel
- Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media
- Strong verbal, communication, and intrapersonal skills
- Confident in sales or open to learning a simple sales process
- Able to prioritize multiple deliverables, work in a fast paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
- Team player that thrives in a feedback culture
- Comfortable with retail sales and suggestive selling on nutrition products OR is wiling to learn and grow in this skillset.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must work a minimum of two shifts per week and a rotating Saturday (between once to twice every two months)
- Enthusiastically greet all member and trials
- Use our Sales Process to close trial members and grow the membership base
- Process all sales transactions accurately (memberships, nutrition, retail)
- Nuture all leads with the goal of booking them for their first camp
- Assist in facility cleaning duties
- Work alongside the trainer to deliver an excellant member experience

Available Shifts:
Monday through Friday early mornings: 4:30 am - 7:00 am
Monday through Friday mid mornings: 7:30 am - 1:00 pm ** IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Monday through Friday evenings: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday shifts available: 6:30 am - 10:30 am
