Job Description:

Install, configure, and manage application and infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, SolarWinds, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
Evaluate and document third-party and internal REST APIs to support integration and monitoring use cases.
Assist in the deployment and troubleshooting of containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues related to API integrations, application performance, and system observability.
Collaborate with DevOps, SREs, and application engineers to improve system reliability and debuggability.
Research and recommend new tools or enhancements to our observability stack.
Write clear technical documentation for internal use and customer-facing knowledge bases.
