We are seeking a skilled and personable Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our church property. This hands-on role requires a well-rounded professional with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, comfortable working in a faith-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:

- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Assist with facility projects and improvements as needed
- Use computers for maintenance logs, scheduling, and communication
- Interact with staff, volunteers, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner
Qualifications:
- Experience with drywall, painting, HVAC, and plumbing
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented personality
- Previous experience in a church or community setting is a plus
