We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
- Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
