Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Develop, optimize, and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
- Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
- Analyze equipment performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance asset reliability and availability.
- Provide reliability input for the specification, selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability) and report on performance.
- Develop and implement reliability standards, specifications, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on reliability engineering.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting
- Formal certification in advanced Root Cause Analysis facilitation (e.g., TapRooT, Apollo)
- Experience with advanced simulation or modeling software for system optimization
