A respected boutique firm in El Segundo is seeking a Labor &amp; Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and a reasonable billable expectation. About the Role: 
<ul>
<li>This is a well-rounded labor &amp; employment practice focused primarily on: </li>
<li>Advice &amp; counsel, compliance, and transactional work for companies, executives, and employees </li>
<li>Drafting employment agreements and policy handbooks </li>
<li>Guiding wage &amp; hour, HR compliance, and workplace best practices </li>
<li>Handling pre-litigation employee-side matters </li>
<li>A minimal litigation component (less than 10%) </li>
</ul>
