Job Description

Job DescriptionStep Into a Day on Our Floor

Picture this: you arrive, review the production plan, and bring a CNC cell online. You load material, verify tools, and run first-article checks with micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, and other gauges. You follow clear process documents, fine‑tune offsets, perform tool changes, and keep the machines humming. When a reading is off, you escalate quality concerns immediately. By shift end, you’ve met targets, documented results, performed routine maintenance, and left a spotless work area.

That’s the rhythm of a full‑time CNC operator with us—where safety, precision, and teamwork drive everything.
