Responsibilities:
- Meet with motivated buyers & sellers who are ready to take action
- Follow up using our proven systems and CRM to build your pipeline
- Provide wow-worthy service that keeps clients coming back (and referring!)
- Host open houses & convert live leads—we provide them
- Stay sharp through our EmpowerHome Academy training + team support
Qualifications:

- A Licensed Real Estate Agent (or in the process of getting licensed)
- Full-time availability and a fire in your belly to grow
